CLASSIC
Classic lash extensions are perfect for enhancing your natural lashes. Classic lash extensions provide more length than volume, so they are the perfect fit for someone who has a many natural lashes. Lengths vary.
DELUXE CLASSIC
Deluxe classic lash extensions are applied with “YY” lash extensions. Deluxe classic lash extensions give a very natural, wispy effect. Lengths vary.
MEGA VOLUME
Mega volume lash extensions are applied 9+ extensions to each natural lash. Mega volume extensions provide a very full, very dramatic look. Mega volume lashes may only be applied to clients with very healthy natural lashes. Lengths vary.
HYBRID
Hybrid lash extensions are an even mix of classic and volume lash extensions. Hybrid lash extensions provide a little more volume than classic extensions, but less than volume lash extensions. Lengths vary.
WET SET
Wet sets are applied as spikes of lash extensions to each natural eyelash. Wet sets are a perfect fit for those seeking a natural “mascara” effect. Lengths vary.
ADD-ONS
Colored lashes: add a pop of color to your next set!
Glitter lashes: add some glitter to your lashes for your next event! We use only eye-safe glitter.
Spikes: add spikes to any look to give an edgier effect.
VOLUME
Volume lash extensions are applied 3-8 extensions to each natural lash. Volume lash extensions give a full and fluffy look. Lengths vary.
ANGEL SET
Angel sets are applied as closed volume fans. An angel set gives the effect of a fluffy version of a wet set. The lashes are soft and natural, instead of spiked. Lengths vary.
BROWN LASHES
Brown lash extensions are perfect for someone who wants to enhance their natural beauty.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Being prepared helps your appointment run smoothly. Here are a few ways to help us so we can finish your appointment in a timely manner:
Wash & dry your lashes prior to arrival
Go to the bathroom before your appointment starts
Avoid coffee & caffeine prior to your appointment
Avoid contacts, wear glasses to your appointment instead!
Avoid makeup at your appointment - you’re naturally beautiful!
MAINTENANCE & INFILLS
We want to keep your lashes looking full and fresh! Did you know humans lose 2-5 natural lashes a day? Sometimes, we lose more natural lashes when the seasons change! Because of this, it is important to schedule your infills no more than 3 weeks apart. During an infill, we remove those outgrown and stubborn lashes, apply new extensions, and keep you looking fresh until your next appointment!
HOW LASH EXTENSIONS ARE APPLIED
Lash extension application can be tedious! Each individual natural lash will get an extension applied to it. Because of how tedious this work can be, plan to spend a couple of hours at your first appointment!
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Lash extension appointments can take some time. The client should be prepared to spend around 2.5 hours for a full set or 1.5 hours for an infill. While this seems like a long time, think of how much time you save getting ready in the morning. Those mascara routines can take 20 minutes every day and now, they’re no longer necessary! Get up and get out the door in less time than ever now!
KEEPING YOUR LASHES CLEAN
Keeping your lashes clean is the most important thing you can do for your lash extensions. Ask to purchase an aftercare kit from your lash tech! Our aftercare kits contain lash-safe & eye-safe cleanser. It’s important to choose a cleanser that is both lash & eye-safe. Here is a list of cleansers we do NOT recommend for eyelash extensions:
micellar water
baby shampoo
cream or oil based makeup removers
face wash
anything that contains oil, fragrance, or alcohol
Q & A
Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
In short, no. If applied properly, eyelash extensions will not damage your natural lashes.
What do we mean by “applied properly”?
Eyelash extensions should be applied individually - one extension to one natural lash. If an eyelash technician applies the eyelashes incorrectly, this could cause pulling or tugging to the natural lashes - which in turn could cause damage.
Our eyelash technicians (Grace, Cristina, and Kalen) are all licensed/certified in eyelash extensions application. Combined, we have 9 years of experience applying eyelashes!
Can I wear makeup with eyelash extensions?
Yes, with the exception of mascara. Fortunately, with eyelash extensions, mascara isn’t necessary! While you have your extensions, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and brow products are totally fine - just be sure to wash your lashes properly!
I wear glasses. Will the extensions touch them?
Good news! Eyelash extensions are completely customizable to fit your wants and needs. Because eyelash extensions range from very short to very long and very thin to very thick, we can customize your look to fit your lifestyle. So, if you wear glasses, don’t sweat it - we’ve got you covered!
Can I swim or shower with my eyelash extensions?
Yes! Your lash artist should discuss with you how eyelash extensions fit into your lifestyle - and of course, a crash course on aftercare is included!
What happens if I don’t clean my lashes regularly?
Please clean your lash extensions regularly. If you have questions about aftercare, your knowledgeable lash artist is willing to help! If you decide that cleaning your lashes isn’t for you, here’s a list of what could happen.
Blepharitis - inflammation of the eyelids. Blepharitis is responsible for around 80% of eyelash extension complications. A common reason for Blepharitis is bacterial growth. Did you know that our eyelids carry a great amount of bacteria from oil, dirt, sweat, tears and more? To prevent inflammation, clean your lash extensions daily!
Lash mites - similar to hair lice, but smaller, lash mites can occur as a result of not cleaning your lashes properly.
Premature shedding - oil, dirt and grime build up can break down the adhesive that holds your extension in place. To prevent premature shedding, clean your lashes often!
If I wear makeup, how can I remove it properly?
We suggest purchasing an aftercare kit from your lash artist. The soap provided in these kits are 100% eye and eyelash safe! Remove makeup, dirt, oil, debris, etc, from your lashes with ease!
What do I do if my eyelash extensions fall out?
Naturally, humans lose an average of 3-5 lashes per day, sometimes more when the seasons change!
If by chance you feel like you’re losing an excessive amount of lashes, please contact your lash artist immediately to resolve the issue. For best results, contact your lash artist within 2 days of your appointment.
