POLICIES
While all of our servicers are independent contractors and these policies may slightly vary, please keep in mind the following policies that may be in affect, should the following happen:
Late Policy
Please keep in mind that all of our service providers run on a schedule. Because of this, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a late fee could accrue. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may forfeit your appointment time & deposit, and may reschedule for a later date.
No Call No Show
Should you not show to your scheduled appointment, you may forfeit your deposit, and may have to pay the balance in full before scheduling again.
Return Payment/Dispute
Should your payment be returned or disputed, all services will be ceased until the invoice is paid in full. If this offense is recurring, we may cease all services indefinitely.
No Extra Guests
We want everyone to be comfortable, service providers included. So, extra guests are not permitted, unless they are being serviced themselves. If you feel you have a special situation, we are always willing to accommodate - please just let your service provider know beforehand.
Etiquette
While being serviced, we expect the same of our clients as we expect for ourselves - to remain professional & fun. If by chance, a client is becoming overbearing, rude, reckless, or irate, we reserve the right to refuse service.
